Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be students residing in Rhode Island;
- Come from low-income households;
- Demonstrate educational need.
Documents Required
- Student ID or school enrollment letter;
- Parent/guardian identification;
- Proof of residency.
Priority may be given to:
- Refugee and immigrant students;
- Students receiving free or reduced-price meals;
- Students facing educational barriers.
