The ALIMASI foundation for charity, in acronym FACHA, was created on September 13, 2022, by members of the ALIMASI family and other interested persons who voluntarily agreed to unite in order to contribute to the integral development of the community. Touched by misery, they agreed to sympathize with the misfortunes of others by forming a common bloc alive to show a sign of love to the vulnerable by acting as defenders. On the other hand, ALIMASI in Swahili means Diamond, a precious stone that we symbolically compare to the Social and economic well-being that we seek to achieve for the benefit of all categories of vulnerable people without distinction of race, sex, tribe, religion, origin, and culture.
Our Purpose
The FONDATION ALIMASI POUR LA CHARITE seeks to contribute to the sustainable development of disadvantaged social groups, combat poverty among vulnerable populations, ensure food security, and uphold human dignity while facilitating socio-economic growth.

Human rights and dignity according to the Universal Declaration of Human Right are granted to the community and poverty reduction in a healthy environment.

All members are treated with care and compassion, respect, and we have courteous staff. We take into consideration and put into practice the views, opinions, and proposals of our target people (vulnerables)

Where there are tranquility or serenity and a good relationship among people we can reach our vision. All our activities coexisting in perfect harmony and freedom. We have a peace full staff and our target people must know that staff are next their side no matter what.

Mahatma Gandhi used to say: “whatever you do for me without me, you do against me”. Men is the main agent of development. We empower community members and create strong and more connected people by informing, consulting, participating, involving and collective action
OUR MAJOR ACTIVITIES
· Contribute to the support of social groups aiming for sustainable development,
· Fight against the poverty of vulnerable people,
· Promote socio-economic development and food security(agro-pastoral),
· Consolidate peace through tolerance, mutual aid, forgiveness, love, solidarity, and the peaceful resolution of conflicts,
· Create cooperative for sustainable development,
· Initiate the spirit of small business creation and undertake income generating activities in order to fight against poverty, unemployment and economic dependence,
· Contribute to the improvement of the basic health, environmental and educational living conditions of vulnerable people (homeless, disabled, raped women, mother-daughter, street children and orphans)
· Promote the rights of indigenous peoples, pygmies, albinos, and old people,
· Sensitize prostitutes and delinquents to change their behavior by granting them income generating activities so that they can lead a life of financial and material dependence,
· Helping children and their low-income families to have healthier homes and better opportunities for health care and education,
· Provide socio-cultural and sports services.
